Indigo at the Preserve is a new home community of 221 single-family and duet homes by DRB Elevate coming soon to North Myrtle Beach/Lomgs.

The Preserve is a new master planned community coming soon to North Myrtle Beach.  The master planned community of The Preserve is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 31 right off of Water Tower Road.  The Preserve will be developed on an approximate 100+ acre piece of property.

The Preserve is located near a couple of other communities that are currently under development - (1) Waterside by Meritage Homes and (2) Grande Dunes North Village by Ryan Homes.  Barefoot Resort is located on the opposite side of Highway 22 from The Preserve.
The current plan for the master planned community of The Preserve is to include the following townhomes, paired villas:
Indigo – 221 dwelling units
Retreat – 251 dwelling units
Bayberry – 135 dwelling units

DRB Elevate will be the builder at Indigo at the Preserve.  The 221 dwelling units at the Indigo at The Preserve will be a combination of single-family homes and duet homes.  Among the amenities at the Indigo at The Preserve will include a community pool, pickleball courts and a dog park.
