Evington Place is a new home community of 146 single-family lots located along Highway 905 in Longs, SC roughly 8 miles north of Myrtle Beach.

The approximate 86.4-acre parcel where the new home community of Evington Place is being developed sits on the South Carolina side where South Carolina meets North Carolina.

Preliminary plans are indicating that development of the new home community of Evington Place in Longs will be completed in two phases.  The first phase of development in Evington Place is tentatively showing 73 single family homes on the northeast side of the community along the SC/NC border.  The remaining 73 single family homes in Evington Place are being planned for the southwest portion of this community.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Evington Place.

D. R. Horton is offering their Express Series homes in Evington Place. The D.R. Horton Express Series' primary intent is to offer an entry-level home option, primarily targeting first-time homebuyers who are looking for a place to own at a more affordable price point. The series provides a focused approach to provide accessible homes with a range of customizable finishes, allowing buyers to personalize their living space within this entry-level segment.
