The Gardens at Long Bay is a new single-family home community coming to Longs, South Carolina, along Highway 9 near Foxtail Drive. Developed by Pulte Homes, the Gardens at Long Bay is planned on approximately 35 acres within the larger Long Bay Golf Club area and is expected to feature close to 100 homes.
The community offers a particularly appealing location for buyers who enjoy the quieter character of Longs while still wanting convenient access to the Grand Strand. The Gardens at Long Bay is situated near Long Bay Golf Club, an established 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course that opened in 1988. Residents will have the option of joining the club's social membership and enjoying its amenities.
The Gardens at Long Bay is also located in the area historically known as Little Town, just north of Longs. Once predominantly rural, the area is now experiencing increasing residential development, with several new communities taking shape around the established Long Bay Golf Club.
